We understand that you’ve just experienced the unimaginable. We’re here to help with our simple, yet thorough, process:
- You call. We Answer. 
- Preliminary Assessment. Within two hours of your call, a Lead Tech will arrive on-site to determine size and type of loss, as well as insurance coverage. 
- Immediate Mitigation. Our team will do whatever is possible to secure the property and minimize further loss. We may begin removing contents if necessary. 
- Full Assessment. An estimator will visit your property to fully asses the damages and begin working with you and your insurance company. 
- Comprehensive Mitigation and Repair. We’ll continue the restoration processes and perform all necessary repairs. 
- Your Contents Returned. If we removed items from your property, they will be returned in restored condition.
