OUR PROCESS

We understand that you’ve just experienced the unimaginable. We’re here to help with our simple, yet thorough, process:

  1. You call. We Answer.

  2. Preliminary Assessment. Within two hours of your call, a Lead Tech will arrive on-site to determine size and type of loss, as well as insurance coverage.

  3. Immediate Mitigation. Our team will do whatever is possible to secure the property and minimize further loss. We may begin removing contents if necessary.

  4. Full Assessment. An estimator will visit your property to fully asses the damages and begin working with you and your insurance company.

  5. Comprehensive Mitigation and Repair. We’ll continue the restoration processes and perform all necessary repairs.

  6. Your Contents Returned. If we removed items from your property, they will be returned in restored condition.
